We have seasonal positions (from mid-April to July) available for 2024!
Key Responsibilities
- Operation of application equipment to apply fertilizer and crop protection products
- Efficiently maintains and performs basic repairs and servicing of farm supply equipment and
other related machinery - Deliver products to the customer in accordance with safety and environmental precautions
- Assists customers by loading/unloading seed and chemical product
- Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner, both on-site and in the field
- General help around the facility and other duties as required
- Training will be provided
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, AZ or DZ an asset
- Ontario Pesticide Exterminator License or willingness to obtain
- Farm, equipment, or mechanical skills an asset
- Basic knowledge of fertilizer and pesticides is an asset
- Dependable and customer service-oriented
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends during peak times of the year
